What makes a lead "exclusive"?
An exclusive lead is sold to one business only. Most marketplace leads (Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, Bark) are sold to 3–12 contractors simultaneously. Every lead we generate goes to your business alone.
How is HomeTradesMedia different from a lead marketplace?
Marketplaces sell existing inquiry volume they already own. We build and run Meta and search advertising campaigns on your behalf, so the traffic, landing pages, ad accounts, and resulting leads belong to your business.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. All engagements are month-to-month. You can pause, adjust, or cancel at any time with no early-termination fees.
How does call tracking work?
We assign dynamic tracking numbers to each traffic source (a specific ad, keyword, or channel). When a homeowner calls that number, it forwards to your business phone while logging exactly which campaign generated the call.

Who pays for ad spend?
You do, directly to the ad platform (Meta, Google, etc.). Our management fee is separate and covers strategy, setup, creative, and optimization — there's no markup hidden inside your ad spend.
How fast will I start getting leads?
Most campaigns go live within days of your onboarding call. Meta and search campaigns typically need 1–2 weeks to fully optimize as the algorithm learns your best-performing audiences.
Do you build websites and landing pages?
Yes. Landing pages are included with most plans, and our Growth Accelerator plan includes a full custom website that's yours to keep.
Can I see real-time performance data?
Yes — every client gets access to a live performance dashboard showing leads, calls, and cost metrics in real time.
What if a lead is bad quality — spam, wrong number, out of area?
